I moved to East Setauket for work and wanted to purchase a house before relocating. I found Anthony online, and he exceeded our expectations. He took videos of houses so I could review them without needing to fly in, allowing us to find a home in a good location that meets our needs. He also assisted with the final walk-through, where he spotted an issue that the inspector had missed. Anthony negotiated a sizable discount for us to address the problem. He even helped find contractors and ensured the work was completed before we moved in. I felt he was someone you could trust and who had the clients best interests in mind. Highly recommended.
