She is absolutely amazing. She listens to all of your concerns and is very helpful with finding the perfect home. Shes really good as communication and being open minded. When it came to negotiating with the seller she was on her A game and got us exactly what we wanted. She catches things that we didnt catch when it comes to looking around for any problem or concerning areas like water damage. She is hands down the best and I highly recommend going through her when looking for the perfect home!! :)

Amanda was excellent. She was friendly, fun, and on it when things or questions came up. She was able to go to a couple showings on same day notice. Amanda also asked which form of communication I preferred (call, text, email) on day 1 of working together which I really appreciated. She also had a great system for seeing how I felt about the fit of a house after each one we saw. When it came time for offer and closing, she was a champ. Always on things and scheduling inspections, etc. for what worked for my non-standard schedule the was always there. Would happily work with again and recommend to friends and family. Even look forward to catching up with her occasionally as a friend.
