Amanda was absolutely fantastic from the first meeting all the way through to the finalized sale. She came to the first meeting prepared and explained the process thoroughly so that it was easy to understand what would need done to the property to have it ready for sale. She took care of all the coordination between the buyers and the services that needed done such as inspections, corrections, and photos. She remained in contact with us through the whole experience.
