I dealt with Amanda on three transactions all happening at the same time. I had never been through a real estate deal before in my whole life. Amanda was constantly in contact with me explaining what was going on. She always promptly returned my calls or emails. She patiently explained each step. I never felt intimidated by the process because she kept me in the loop. She never made me feel inadequate with my dumb questions. She is so good at what she does. These were time sensitive deals and she worked hard to get everything done on time so it would work out. You could tell she is very knowledgeable about her work. Amanda was extremely helpful in the purchase of our first rental property, as she knew which buildings rented better than others and shared her knowledge. When it was time to sell that property Amanda worked very hard In getting our property marketed including open house. It sold in the time period she assured us it would and got a price we were happy with. She was very helpful with the remote closing, making referrals to assist with the real estate exchange.
