There were a few things wrong that we were slowly trying to get fixed so I was very anxious when my husband got orders elsewhere and we were going to sell the house. A friend from a previous command introduced us to Alyssa and we had her come over to the house and assess it. She put most of my worries at ease and told us what really needed to get done in order to sell. She even helped us get in touch with professionals to fix what needed to get fixed because we were having a hard time finding anyone to respond with the booming housing market. Without her help and expertise, I doubt we wouldve gotten the price/deal we did. For as busy as she is, she was very responsive, made sure we understood everything every step of the way, and made sure we were getting a good deal. Highly recommend!
