She was available anytime we wanted to see a house and would respond almost immediately. She answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease that everything was under control. When we finally found the right one, we were able to put an offer the same day we saw the house - and she was on the seller to convince him to accept our offer, so much that she convinced him that very night! ZillowVERIFIEDAlyson has ZERO negotiation skills. Because of her, we wasted over 4.5 months being on the market without being able to sell the house even though we had offers that we accepted and a week away from closing on the house. We are now taking a lose of over 20k since our house has been on the market for awhile and is under scrutiny even though our home appraised for 25k over asking. She has no marketing strategy.
