Hobbies/Interest

I am always on the lookout for the next mountain bike trail, and hiking trail to go conquer. In my own words "Living in San Diego is all about the lifestyle you can live".

Family

I am married to my beautiful wife Shahrzad and we have a beautiful daughter Summer! I love living in North County San Diego, I am originally from a small town in Calaveras County (Northern California)

"I was very fortunate (in this troubled market) to sell my house at my price in a short period of time. (14 days after broker agreement) I believe there were two reasons why the deal went quickly and smoothly: one the house is big and showed well with great canyon exposure. (not many like it in Park Village) secondly and most importantly , I had an agent working for me that understood the value of the property and found a buyer that was the right fit."
