I have moved many times and have worked with a number of realtors over the years. Mike Quint is the best! He went way above what is expected. We were focused on a Casa Grande, Arizona, but after learning more about my wife and I, Mike suggested a neighborhood that turned out to be perfect for us. Because we moved from out of state, we weren?t able to attend the final walk through before closing. Mike volunteered to do the walk through in our place and set up a face time call so that we could see everything and be part of the conversation. Mike provided a list of contacts to help us get set up after the move. I got multiple estimates for a pool, window treatments, water softener, etc.. Mike?s recommendations consistently came in lower, the water softening company literally saved us thousands of dollars. I will be using Mike when it?s time to sell this house, he really is the best.

I was first contacted by Michael Quint when I made a request through Zillow for a property I was interested in in Buckeye, AZ. Immediately, I was impressed with his willingness to help me, offering virtual tours, etc. I was due to be in Arizona with a friend of mine shortly, and set up a day where we could tour some properties. In all communications with him, he was always highly responsive, unfailingly polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and amenable to a last minute time change the day we were to meet for the tour. During our tour, he showed me the various properties in Buckeye, Avondale, and Goodyear that I had picked out from a list he had sent me, including one stand out property in Litchfield Park that was not on the list, but he thought I might be interested in and within my budget. His instincts were right. I instantly fell in love with the property, though, sadly, for a variety of reasons, was not able to purchase it. However, I am very grateful that he went the extra mile and showed me properties that I wasnt aware of, and all within my budget. Due to his over all diligence and kindness, I more than highly recommend him for any real estate transaction one might need, and, should I need an agent again in the future, he will be the first one I call!
