I interviewed several real estate agents before selling my home, and Maria was by far the best. When Maria saw my home, she immediately saw the potential. Would it sell as-is? Sure. However, with a little attention to detail, we could easily get much more! She went over every square inch of the home and pointed out everything that needed to be addressed. Maria & Alvar are great agents and very professional. . They are honest, have integrity, are knowledgable, work very hard, and are easy to work with. Maria or Alvar would get back to us the most of the time on the same day and sometimes the next day. They answered all our questions and looked into questions to give us answers when they didnt know the answer. For the area and house, we were able to get a good deal.
