We had listed the house with a local real estate firm, but did not have any contracts after two years. We hired Allyson in early 2014. She immediately saw some things that we needed to do to give an older house a "newer look", and also how to make use of some very large space. Within several months, we had an interested buyer, and we closed the house in July 2014.Allyson is very professional and cares about the Seller and the house.
