Selling a home is stressful but Allyson was amazing in keeping us calm and informed throughout the process. When we first reached out to her about selling our home, she took the time to walk us through the selling process, showed us what the comps were in our area, and planned a strategy on how we were going to market our home. Furthermore, she also did a fabulous job of staging our home! She stayed in frequent contact with realtors that showed our home and consistently asked for feedback after each showing. I do not have enough words to describe how strong her communication skills are and how in-tune she was with our feelings. We never felt alone during the entire process. When we finally received an offer we were comfortable with, she performed her magic and did everything possible in making the close process as smooth as possible. If you are looking for a realtor that really cares about you, and not just a commission, I highly recommend Allyson!

Allyson was extremely knowledgeable and made my first time home buying experience very easy. She looks out for your interests and when I mentioned I didn?t want too many projects or foundation issues, she would point them out to me right away. She helped me find a great place to call home.

Allyson was a real breath of fresh air during the sale of our home of 24 years in Milwood and the purchase of our new home in Sarita Valley. She was everything we needed in a real estate agent - professional, knowledgeable, tough but fair, and had an incredible sense of urgency. Her friendship, attention to detail and go-getter attitude put us at ease during what would have otherwise been a very stressful time of both selling and buying a home. She was there for us each step of the way whether staging the old house, and making sure we had good traffic or helping us design a custom master shower for the new house, and staying on the builder to meet schedule commitments and correct construction issues. Allyson would be our choice for an agent any day of the week, and twice an Sunday.

Answered Questions
Hi Mohammad if your currently under contract, you can not cancel the contract. The buyer has "outs" but unless the buyer exercises their request to terminate unfortunately you are legally bound to the terms of the contract.
Hi Mike you don't have to have a home inspection. That is clearly up to the buyer whether they wish to get one or not. However, I would always recommend to have one done by a licensed inspector. They know what to look for and have skilled knowledge. It's only a few hundred dollars but could save thousands if they uncover deficiencies that you are unable to detect with the common eye.
Hi Blair if you signed a buyers contract with terms, you are bound to the terms within the contract regardless of a new home brought to your attention by a friend. The National Association of Realtors enforced Buyer Representation Agreements to protect everyone, including buyers, sellers and realtors. Disclosure of fees and obligations is necessary to perform and by signing everyone acknowledges that. If you buy your friends parents home without your realtor, you are still liable to the realtor for the terms in your buyer rep agreement.
