Allison helped us purchase our first home in Raleigh/Durham (RTP) area. Couldn't have had a better experience. Very knowledgeable about neighborhoods, schools, builders, etc. She also was able to quickly understand what we were looking for and steered us in the right direction for future showings. When a job promotion required us to move a few years later, we called her to help us sell. Despite it being a "slow" time of year between Thanksgiving and Christmas, our house was sold within weeks (I believe at least in part due to her attention to staging and taking the best possible pictures to show our home).
