I gave her a simple (and expensive) listing - she screwed the contracts up repeatedly, I had to tell her how to do her job and what amendments to make and why. I had to stay on her constantly to get her work done. The day of closing when the buyer's money was to hit my account I texted her to ask for the status. No reply, almost 3 hours later she texted me in error (she was trying to text her office) where she was clearly making fun of me in jest to whoever she thought she was texting. Highly unprofessional. Use ANYBODY else than this realtor.
