Run don't walk..... if you ever have to have anything to do with this outfit. The agent we dealt with did not have ANY knowledge of the local market. She didn't even know where a local Starbucks was. The agent had no working knowledge of the listings her own company had. The agent would not follow simple instructions or respond to simple requests. We finally refused to deal anymore with the agent and went to the company owner, Allison Penny, a grandiose self aggrandizing individual that liked to whine and argue rather that get the job done. While having slightly more knowledge of the market than her agent she was so difficult to work with we finally turned the entire transaction over to our attorney so we would not have to endure her lack of responsiveness and perpetually whining, all the while attempting to present herself as a "boutique real estate firm" when "bottom feeding peddler of Fanny Mae foreclosures" is probably more to the point. I you are looking for efficiency and professionalism do yourself a favor and look for other representation.
