ReviewAllison is a very kind approachable person. When we had a question, if she didn't know the answer she would look into it and get back to us quickly. Our experience with Allison was a very pleasant one from our first meeting to helping us sign on our new home.

Review We found Allison by doing an online search for realtors in the Cortez, Co area. We decided to call her because of her bio and she looked like someone trustworthy. Were so glad we trusted our intuition. Allison was just the person to help us on our first house purchase - she helped explain the process, what to expect and our options going forward at any given point. She was very communicative and always responded quickly with the relevant information. Were very happy with the entire experience!

Review We worked with Allison for several months looking everywhere in Colorado contacting realtors outside her area to assist in our search. When we finally found our dream home it ended up being in her area and the transaction was closely monitored by Allison and our quick close was handled perfectly. Thanks again Allison!

Review Allison is very professional and worked to assist us in purchasing a beautiful lot to build our home. After working with Allison, she knew what we were looking for and always pulled new listings and contacted us to review as properties were not lasting long on the market. Even though Allison is a new agent, she knows the area and the market trends and real estate laws and if there were ever questions, she would be proactive to clarify any questions that would come up. Finally, Allison worked hard and assisted in finding the right place for us in the beautiful southwest Colorado area.
