Allison was fantastic and a real pleasure to work with. She gave us great advice about preparing our condo for sale and when to put it on the market. She handled everything on site as we were living out of state and when a old building permit problem arose she worked with the contractor, met the building inspector and took care of the situation without missing a beat. We were out of the country when the closing was scheduled and the entire process was taken care of without us having to deal with it during our vacation. After buying and selling numerous properties I think Allison was the most professional agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

there are no words that can adequately express how fabulous it has been working with Allison as our agent. from day one she has gone above and beyond for my husband and i as we went through the process of finding and purchasing a home in naples florida. allison spent days driving us around showing us all the various areas in naples. she would do facetime videos of homes (we were residing in nj during this process) and even allowed me to stay at her home when i came in for inspections. when it came time to figure out what to do with the furniture left in the home (it was purchased turnkey but we didn't need most of it) she spent countless hours listing and marketing on fb marketplace, managing the sales and then arranged to have the rest donated. she even washed the sheets so when we arrived we could sleep there!!!! i highly recommend allison as your agent. she will now be my new friend also since she's such a fabulous lovely person. and super honest and knowlegable!!!!
