We recently sold our home of 15 years with the help of realtor Allison Day. I don't know what else could convey our satisfaction other than the house listed on a Thursday and sold the next day! Allison was a GODSEND. We were selling our house to move across the country. It was initially on the market for two months with another agent who kept dropping price, getting very lowball offers, was not supportive or encouraging at all. At the very last minute (literally the DAY BEFORE we moved) we made the choice to get out of our contract and hire Allison instead. She made time in her schedule to meet us in person last minute and everything after that was amazing. She staged our house, took amazing pictures and we got TWO FULL PRICE OFFERS in the first day. (At a price higher than our old agent dropped it to) she handled everything we couldnt since we had already left Florida, explained everything that felt like a foreign language, handled every issue we came across with the buyers lender, and continued to stay positive through the entire experience.
