I kept her card because I thought that was very clever marketing and I imagine if I was selling a house she would be just as creative. We ended up using her to help us purchase an investment property. She was extremely responsive, communicated everything clearly, provided us with options for each step (inspector, mortgage places, etc.) and that made the process so much easier. Even when there were difficulties with getting banks to finance the property she quickly found potential sources and we found a place that was willing to write a loan for the property.
