I am a Wyoming Realtor who referred a seller to Allison Cassieri. What a great choice that was!! The property needed some work, which the seller was aware of. Allison made good suggestions as the work progressed, which the seller took advantage of. Once it was listed, the property had it's first offer within 4 hours, a full price offer. Alison kept the property on the market for 1-1/2 days when seller accepted an offer above asking price. It closed in just under two weeks. Allison knows her market and the seller was pleased to have her working with him. Both he, and I, will certainly refer Allison to any folks seeking a terrific Realtor in Colorado.

If we could give Allison 10 stars we would. Allison is organized, responsive, sincere, thoughtful and on top of everything. She would call or text back immediately or within a very reasonable time. Helped in staging the house and made other recommendations. Allison actively listened to our concerns and showed openness to discussing them and coming up with a solution. She was a great negotiator. Her patience was invaluable when we kept messing up the forms we had to fill out. We highly recommend Allison if you need a top notch agent to sell or buy a house. We are in another state and wish we could have her be our agent here.

Allison is simply the best I've ever worked with. My wife and I were referred to Allison a couple years ago when we relocated from Florida to Colorado. Allison was extremely flexible in helping us view homes we were interested in, and was also knowledgeable about helping us navigate the types of loans that would best fit our scenario. We purchased a beautiful townhome in Broomfield, and she made sure the process was smooth. 2 years after closing on that home, we had to move back to Florida quickly due to some family concerns. Allison was quick to help us understand the market conditions. She provided printouts of comps, reviewed staging expectations, and walked through our "splash" strategy. She reviewed our "likely buyers" and the benefits of obtaining a cash buyer. She connected us with a phenomenal photographer who also provided drone footage for our "splash" day, knowing how important it was to differentiate in the market as well as the importance of receiving as many views as possible when going live with the listing. Allison even handled marketing outside of the traditional MLS listing and got a slot for our home in the local Broomfield magazine. We prepared for an open house on Sunday after "splashing" on a Thursday and received 3 competing offers within 48 hours. We had to cancel the open house and accepted a cash offer from a wonderful family which expedited the closing process and made everything less stressful. Allison was amazing with reviewing strategy and tactics, listening to our needs, following up with us within minutes on every question, and being a consummate professional. I've come to understand the reason why Allison is outstanding, and it goes back to her "why". Allison is a believer, and her faith plays into everything that she does. Even if you don't align to her beliefs, you know that everything she does is with absolute integrity, compassion, and prayerful consideration. If you're reading this and have any reservations, I'd personally take a call to talk with you about our experience in detail.

Answered Questions

When is the best time to list my home?

If you want to close on your home in mid May and homes are selling quickly, you could always have your agent include in the additional provisions stating "the seller requires a post occupancy for X amount of time". This allows you to stay in the home after it closes to allow you extra time to pack or find a replacement home.

My home been on the market for 117 days what should I do ?

Hi Rhonda, lowering your price once may be ok, but more than that you are sending the wrong message to the public. Depending on your contract with your agent, it might be best to take it off the market, take new photos/drone and re-list at the sweet spot.
