Allison has now sold two properties for us in Naples, a single family house (2017) and a condo (2024). I only wish there were a 6 star option. Allison would get a 6. After 10 long years of searching, saving, collecting, and everything else you do when you dream bigaEUR|aEUR|.(retirement condo) I finally found Allison. She did not go the extra mileaEUR| she went the extra 1800 miles. I live in the NE so it was difficult to continuously go look at properties. If I saw one that peaked my interest, she would go video the condo and send it while narrating the good, the bad and the ugly on each one. After a while, I found her so trustworthy in looking for exactly what I wanted, that I bought my condo aEURoesight unseenaEUR? except for the video. Then came all the paperwork. Having never dealt with an HOA, mortgages, P&S, etc. it was daunting. Allison walked me through each step with ease. I could never have done it without her.
