Allison goes above and beyond what is required of a real estate agent. If she doesnt know the answer to something she finds the answer. We were on a strict budget when buying our home. With the market like it is right now, we were very limited on what was available. We discussed getting a piece of property and purchasing a manufactured home instead of trying to buy something that wasnt going to pass inspection. Finding land that we could put a manufactured home on was very tricky. Even though I had called the county about zoning and ruled out so many pieces of property, it was Allison in the end that combed through hundreds of land listings and found the property for us that we could put a manufactured home on, even though the county had initially said we couldnt. She had the documentation available for us so we could use the land. It wasnt a short process and Allison didnt make much on the sale of the land, but she never stopped helping us.
