Very timely at replying if we had any questions and with getting us info or documents we had to view and sign. Kept in touch throughout period waiting for closing. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area of Kankakee. We were able to get a cute, quiet home in Bradley in a queer neighborhood. The home is in a great location as well. She was great at negotiating the price as well as seller paying closing costs. She also gave us more info at the closing as to tax exemptions for homeowners. She kept in touch with us through email and text with anything that came up along the way. She was good at sending us helpful listings that matched our search criteria. This is the second time we worked with her fishing a home and we sold our first home with her as well which went very quick and we got full asking price! I would highly recommend working with Allison if you are moving or know someone moving to the Kankakee area. Very friendly and good to talk to as well.
