Very attentive to details and so in charge when it comes to negotiations but at the same time she is very professional and considerate. I liked working with her and I have already recommended her to others who have homes to sell. She is very creative and it shows the entire time you are working with her. Great people, Dale and Molly were helpful and worked tirelessly to make sure everything went smoothly! Dale was fast with responses and was easily able to answer any questions I had. Especially as a first time home buyer the group made the process easy and were with me every step of the way. Molly was helpful with the entire loan process and was very beneficial for explaining the different options for me alone with what is the best route. Any questions I was able to come up with she gave very detailed answers. Everyone over there is friendly and they are a fantastic group to work with all-round!
