Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the first meeting was through Zoom, but this meeting was thorough enough to give me confidence in what I could expect, to give me an idea of what kind of quality I could expect, and to feel like a team player with Heather leading the way. Heather proceeded to sort through the market to find what I was looking for in a new home. During our walk-through of various places, Heather checked for potential issues of places at a glance (like signs of water damage, foundation shifting, and necessary future repairs), and then she fought for me to get the place I wanted after helping me narrow down where I wanted to visit.
