We gave AlLea a call and she talked us thru some dos and donts of finding a new home. We let her know what we were looking for and she sent us many homes that fit our criteria and in the location that we were interested in. Most of the homes had been on the market only a day or so. AlLea was extremely responsive when we called to take a tour of potential homes. We have owned a few homes but all have been new builds. This time we decided to purchase a home a few years old. Not knowing what to look at when viewing aEURoesomeone elses home" AlLea guided the home tour with ease and pointed out all the positive and negative features of each home. Reminding us that the structure, quality of cabinets, floors etc is what we are interested in and paint and dA(C)cor is temporary. AlLea is a very good and knowledgeable relator and I appreciate that she communicated with us openly and honestly. Not only did AlLea help us find our forever home, she also assisted in the sale of our home of 23 years. Buying a new home and selling one that you have been in so long and made many memories was very stressful for us, but AlLea made the process painless when it comes to the paperwork, and the process of selling a home. She communicated with the new buyers relator and kept us in the loop step by step. We didnt have many questions about the process of buying and selling a home because right from the start we had a meeting with AlLea, and she explained the process of buying and selling and every step In between, in great detail leaving no secrets or surprises.
