Allana Ross

I'm a full-time, full-service real estate broker. My clients include sellers; first-time homebuyers; buyer & seller relocation; active-duty military; veterans; investors; builders; and financial institutions with foreclosure properties. I'm am the owner-operator of the NorthGroup New Bern. In 2020, I successfully assisted 100 families with their real estate goals. In 2001, I relocated from Nova Scotia, Canada to Havelock, NC. I currently live in New Bern with my husband, Marston Crawford, daughter, Audrey, two rescue pets, 16 chickens, and numerous honey bee colonies. I graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University with a Bachelor of Arts and then completed post-graduate studies in Human Resources. I attended East Carolina University and have a NC Teacher's License. I am passionate about renovating, reusing and repurposing everything from household items to real estate. In 2006, I bought my first home and discovered I am addicted to houses. I've bought and renovated foreclosure properties. I own and manage both long-term rental and vacation rental properties. Becoming a REALTOR(R) was an easy transition that combined my interests, education and work experience. I am a NC State Certified Beekeeper. I am Past President of the Craven-Pamlico Beekeepers Association. I am an active member of the New Bern Shrine Club and I volunteer at Public Radio East.
