ZillowVERIFIEDAllan helped prepare the property by finding pros to complete what needed to be done. When I had to go out of town, he did the final walk through with the contractor and asked for further corrections. He suggested a person who did a final cleaning and Allan also helped with finishing touches i.e. removed window screens and a garage screen door for better presentation and repaired front screen door closing device. The online pictures and description were enthusiastic. Although another agents client bought the home at list price, Allan was capable and always available to guide me through my part.
