Allan was great, I it was not for his drive my wife and I would never had gotten our dream home. He really knows his stuff. I would greatly recomend his services. Allan was able to find a house within our price range in an area we wanted. It only took seeing a few houses for him to find a perfect match. He was also able to negotiate with the owners to actually win the bid.
