Alla took on the task of showing my husband and I homes in the area when we were considering relocating no questions asked. She knew it was not a "for sure" move, but willingly took a day away from herself to spend with us. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave us great direction. There are many laws when living on a lake and Alla was well versed on all of them. Alla is very responsive, even to just let you know that she will get back to you (which she does at her earliest convenience), approachable and easy to work with. It was great working with Alla on the purchase of our new home. She and her team was very efficient with the process and we were able to close on our home faster than anticipated, even though we did a VA loan. She was quick to respond to my calls and texts and despite the long drive time from her office to our house was able to meet with us on a schedule convenient for us. Her recommendation for an initial offer was spot on, despite multiple offers on the house our offer was chosen by a narrow margin because of what she recommended. Alla made the whole experience very easy going. It was a new build and there were minor obstacles that needed to be maneuvered through, but she always kept me in the loop with what was going on. The whole thing from start to finish was about a month i believe. If any veterans are reading this I utilized the VA loan which sometimes can prove more challenging than conventional loans, regardless Alla helped through all the VA challenges as well. Highly recommend using her services if you are in the market for a new home, second home or investment home. - JC
