Do your research! Ask me lot's of questions if I don't already have the answer, I will find it. Zero in on an area you like, it makes it much easier to find a home and neighborhood you will love. Know what you can afford before you begin, call a trusted and experienced loan officer!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Let's get a plan in place prior to selling... Where do you want to move and what can you afford? Review detailed comps of past sales in your neighborhood and be smart about pricing your home. Staging the interior and exterior of your home is crucial! Set a time line ans stick to it.

All types! First time home buyers, Luxury home sellers and buyers, Clients wanting to downsize and upsize, divorce situations, very neighborhood specific buyers, investors and buyers looking for a fixer upper to live in and renovate on their own.
