ZillowVERIFIEDI can't say enough good things about my home buying experience with Alison Prielipp. Alison knows the area well and was eager to show me multiple homes in Adrian and Tecumseh. She walked me step by step through the home buying experience and offered valuable assistance with finding the right mortgage company. I do not think I would be in my house today if Alison was not there to negotiate with the sellers. Her negotiation skills were critical due to the difference between the appraisal and the asking price.
