Her expertise of the area and market allowed her to make every minute count. She paid attention to my initial criteria and didn't waste time on properties that didn't fit the scope. I ended up purchasing a lot and building a new home in Emerald Isle. Alison was right on target with her CMA for the lot and our offer was accepted.
