I have worked with Alison for over 5 years. She assisted on the purchase of my first place in Estes Park. Her attention to detail saved me from purchasing a property that was listed as short term rentable, but was not. When I decided to sell the property that I purchased at that time to look for a place with main floor living, she was my obvious choice.
