I was very impressed by the Elder Group. They quickly sold my home by doing the right steps upfront I've never seen realitors do. They got all my inspections done before we went to list it. This helped a ton as the buyers knew everything when submitting the offer so we could ask for no contingencies and we could close faster than normal.
