Alisha Riddile was raised in Northern California and attended Azusa Pacific University in Los Angeles County. She graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications and minored in marketing. Before starting her post-college career, she was selected to teach English to adults in the Andalusian region of southern Spain. After spending a year traveling extensively and immersing herself in the Spanish culture, Alisha relocated to New Castle to begin her life with her then-fiance, Graham Riddile. Prior to starting her career in Real Estate in 2015, Alisha worked as the Executive Team Leader for Human Resources for the Target Corporation in Glenwood Springs. Overseeing 125 employees, she experienced firsthand the challenges of recruiting and retention in such a high cost-of-living area. After spending nearly a year searching and settling for less than their dream home, in 2014 she and her husband purchased their first property. It was through this experience that Alisha realized the uniqueness in this region and the increased need for strategy to help home buyers break into their local real estate market. She started her education at Colorado Real Estate School and within 3 months she closed on her first sale and purchase. Her first step towards educating her clients was hosting a free first-time homebuyers class to equip attendees with the tools to "stop paying your landlord's mortgage" and own a home for less than they were paying in rent. After creating an action plan with Alisha, many clients have successfully overcome their financial obstacles, and even if it took years, they have now been able to achieve the dream of home ownership. With the addition of their first daughter, Emmy Rae in 2017 and their second daughter, Brynn in 2020 Alisha's passion to help others deepened. She experienced first hand the blessing of having the opportunity to not only live, but raise a family in this wonderful community and wanted to create a pathway for others to experience that as well. She reached out to local human resource professionals and created tools to help those moving to the area find sustainable housing. She is passionate about working with people and finds great satisfaction in counseling her clients on what can be the largest investment of their lives. It is this professional dedication to unparalleled service and her marketing background that has quickly proven her success. In 2016 Alisha was named "Rookie of The Year" for Aspen Snowmass and Roaring Fork Sotheby's International Realty. In both 2016 and 2018 Alisha was the youngest rookie to rank in the top ten for New Castle home sales out of over 200 Realtors. In 2018 she was recognized for Outstanding Performance and ranked in the Top 35 of over 150 brokers within Aspen Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty. Most recently in October of 2020, Alisha launched the Embryn group under Keller Williams Colorado West Realty, built on the foundation to advise, give and serve. Part of bringing this vision to life was the commitment to donate 10% of every transaction back to support local charities in the community. Through the harmony of both the vision of the Embryn Group and the power of the Keller Williams Brand, Alisha is able to customize the experience for each client whether working in residential, commercial, land or luxury. When not busy marketing or showing homes, Alisha can be found offering a helping hand wherever she is needed. Over the past several years she has served with the Glenwood Springs Board of Realtors on both the Realtor scholarship fundraising committee and Realtor scholarship selection committee. Alisha is passionate about giving back to her community whether it's volunteering at local non-profits or assisting with the New Castle Girls on the Run program. Her family emanates the same passion as her husband serves on town council and her father-in-law is the Mayor in New Castle. We were first time home buyers and had interviewed six realtors prior to meeting Alisha. When we met with Alisha, we knew immediately that she was the realtor for us. It was such a pleasure working with Alisha. Her knowledge of the market was very impressive. We had only lived in our house for 2 years, and had in mind asking just a little more than we paid for it. Alisha suggested that with our work on the property, and the current market, we should ask a higher amount. We sold the property on the third day it was on the market, for our full asking price. Alisha, and Sothebys, made a good team. From our initial meeting, to her assistance with staging, to her recommendations for carpet cleaners, window washers, painters, etc., her help was invaluable in selling our property.
