Alisha is a dynamo! She is caring, very competent and does what it takes to get your deal done. Our home was a Camp Fire survivor. Selling in the post fire environment has it?s own challenges. Disclosures become lengthy and the town as it is rebuilding often impacts your property which causes more disclosures. Alisha provided good counsel and kept our deal moving forward. Will definitely use her services again if we move back to Butte County.
