1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
First, make sure to get yourself a Buyer's Agent. You want someone to work on your behalf - to represent you, and do what is in your best interest, not someone else's!
Then get pre-approved, right away! This way you won't fall in love with a home, you think you can afford, but is just outside your financial abilities. This one REALLY hurts!!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
If you are looking for the most money for your home, It is essential to have it properly staged. Very often, I can do this with your belongings, and an update with the currently trending colors.
However, iF you are looking for a quick sale instead, we can forego all that, and I can assist you on the best way to get your house SOLD FAST!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Sellers, Buyers, First time Home Buyers, Relocations, Investors - Landlords, and Rehabbers.
And my favorite - those who need to Sell in order to Buy!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I really enjoy most of my transacations. I usually become very good friends with my clients. I have even gone to Ireland for a clients Irish wedding - which was really quite the experience!!!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Most importantly, I have purchased and sold my personal home, and moved several times. Therefore, I know the experience, stresses and excitement, of buying and selling your own home.
I am also a professional Investor. I have fixed and flipped several homes, in the Tampa Bay area. Currently, I am a Landlord, as well.
