Alina is so much more than a realtor, she is a force for good. I met Alina in February 2020, matched randomly through Zillow, and boy did I luck out. At our first meeting, she looked at my current home and was very honest about its value and appeal at the time. She helped me compile a list of updates to improve selling price, and put me in touch with solid contractors to help with the work. Throughout the summer, she remained helpful and checked in with me regularly, encouraging me as I made progress on my home, and her practical task list kept me on track to move forward. When I found my dream home, she helped me with the right tactics to be chosen among the multiple offers. When it came time to actually sell my house, there was nothing she wouldnt do. Alina rolled up her sleeves and got to work with me, willing to help with cleanup, staging, venting about how tough everything was... as a single mom going through this process, Alina became and helped me grow my village of support. At the end of the day, I ended up with multiple offers over asking, and the updates she suggested made me an additional $70k on top of what we could have sold the house for when we first met. Alina has become a friend, is a joy to work with, approaches situations realistically, has amazing connections, and is everything I never knew I always wanted in a realtor. I highly recommend her!
