As an investor I have worked with several realtors, and Alicia standout as one of the best real estate agents that I have worked with. My husband and I were first time home buyers when we sought Alicia's help. She made the process incredibly easy, and explained every little thing we had questions about (which was probably a million) or things we did not understand. She was stunningly quick in her responses and relay of information to us, and overall just very pleasant to work with. She helped us with reasonable expectations/negotiations for our situation and was able to offer great insight. She seemed to always be available and worked on things late into the evening to help us get into our home. She gave us detailed instructions throughout the entire process and plenty of reminders even after our purchase was completed. She still contacts us with any additional information we need. Additionally, she is so thoughtful! We received a sweet gift for our Christmas tree to commemorate our first home. Would recommend Alicia a million times over.
