Alicia James

Alicia S James is a retired Army Veteran with over 20 years of service. She comes from a family of veterans with one brother who has retired and one sister who has also served in the Army. She recognizes the importance of listening to the wants and needs of her customer's for purchasing a home is one of the greatest investments. She is also an AmeriCorps VISTA Alumni and believes in connecting those that desire to purchase a home with resources to help maintain. She continues to give back to her community by providing volunteer service at Faith Outreach Church food bank. Alicia has demonstrated her desire in real estate for many years of successfully assisting others in fulfilling their desire of purchasing a home by researching data and providing requested analysis. She has assisted many transitioning military families this way. Her goal is to provide nothing less than SATISFACTION in you real estate transactions! Alicia is a member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She's also a CERTIFIED MILITARY SPECIALIST.
