Alicia Everett

Alicia Everett is the Licensed Principal Broker of Keyology Realty serving the Hudson Valley and Albany Capital Region. She is an active member of two Board of Realtors® and four Multiple Listing Services, as well as, Secretary of the Columbia Greene Board of Realtors®. She is also a member of the Valatie Village Planning Board, on the Board of Directors for the non-profit Valatie Rescue Squad, and a Strategic Advisor for Columbia County Habitat for Humanity. Thoroughly invested in everything real estate, Alicia holds many designations and certifications, including Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®), Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS®), Digital Marketing: Social Media Specialist®, E-Pro®, and At Home with Diversity (AHWD®). Previously from Florida, Alicia worked in the technology industry performing consultant-level sales of commercial financial management software and hardware systems to architectural, engineering, and construction companies in the southeastern United States. She uses this experience in consulting and technology combined with her extensive real estate knowledge to best serve clients and the community. Alicia has also earned a Master of Fine Arts from the School of Art Institute of Chicago and actively participates in the field of Fine Art, both nationally and internationally. She is a proud Veteran of the Army Reserves and an avid study of design, permaculture/food forestry, technology, history, politics, and culture.
