Our experience with Alicia was very good. She was very easy to contact and responds very quick. You can tell straight away she has experience because every question I presented her she always had a valid answer. She always kept in touch with me about my purchase and keeps me updated about my home. I could ask her questions anytime of the day through text and she would respond very quickly. For example, during our showcase of the home I had a question about the septic tank since were from the city and theres no such thing as a home having its own tank and having to call people out to empty it every 5-10 years but we wouldve never known this if it werent for Alicias knowledge. Ive heard of stories of people having terrible experiences with agents like not being able to contact them when in need but with Alicia weve never had to experience this hardship. Some agents just want to sell the home and get it over with and put in no effort but Alicia was the opposite, she put it in maximum effort in helping us with the purchase of our new home and we couldnt thank her enough.
