Alice really took a lot of the stress of our plates by being easy to reach and quick to answer throughout the whole process. My sister actually recommended Alice to us and I'm so glad she did because I dont think we wouldve made it through this without her. I would recommend Alice to anyone-whether youre a first time home buyer, or youve done this a time or two. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Des Moines area and was able to give us good advice. She also has a sharp eye and doesnt miss things that, you as an excited homebuyer, may miss. She also does a great job of negotiating fixes into the contract and follows through to make sure they were done and done correctly.
