I contacted Alice Cane with one house in mind. My boyfriend had told to contact her because he knew her son from high school. She got back to me right away and was super nice and friendly. No time wasted, she was able to show us the house we had in mind. We went through with an offer but unfortunately after we signed the contract for the house, the seller backed out leaving us at back at square one. Alice kept looking for houses for us and we went to look at a couple. One night, she texted me about a house that had just gone on the market.
