My fiance and I just closed in our house a few weeks ago and still can't wrap our heads around how easy this process was compared to what others have said about the home buying process. Ali Merchant literally narrowed down each and every detail we wanted in a house and not only found it, but walked us through every step of the negotiation of getting it at the price point we wanted. In addition, once the list of repairs came back from inspection, he walked us through each item and pointed out each thing in terms of priority, vs less important things that we could do ourselves. This was important because we are first time home buyers and didn't really know what was serious and what wasn't. He took every phone call, and made himself available after hours when we really needed it, making our schedule adaptable to his. If I could give more stars I would. I cannot express how knowledgeable Ali is, and a review seems to not do it justice.
