I simply cannot say enough good things about Alfredo. My fiancA(C) and I live overseas and have never purchased a house before, so I flew to Jersey City and met with a couple realtors and spent a week going on house tours with them. My plan was to continue going on tours with these two agents until I found a house I liked, but around this time I was also referred to Alfredo. From the moment I went to my first open house with Alfredo, I knew with 100% certainty he was the agent we would use.Not only did Alfredo help us narrow down an exact area we should be focused on based on our lifestyle, but on house tours he would ask questions of the listing agent and point things out to me that I never would have considered or even thought about. Since we live abroad and couldnt physically go see every listing we wanted to, Alfredo would always go above and beyond with virtual viewings on Facetime, taking walk-through videos of properties, and being available for phone calls even with the time zone difference. He was always super quick to respond, and his advice and knowledge of the local market not only helped us find the perfect home, but also find it for the right price - making a smart investment in a very competitive and hot area. As first-time home buyers we really didnt know all the steps that needed to be done after we had our offer accepted, but Alfredo guided us through finding a mortgage broker, house inspector, attorney, and appraisal company. Basically, buying a house is a long and stressful process but Alfredo was there every step of the way.Honestly, we cannot recommend Alfredo enough. Hes been a pleasure to work with, and on top of all of the above hes just a really wonderful human who made our house buying process fun and seamless. If youre reading this then you can stop looking for a real estate agent, you just found him.
