Al is absolutely incredible and fought for us every step of the way in our home buying process (April 2024) to eventually land us the perfect home for our needs in a tight market. In our specific example, we were ready to place an offer on a condominium unit, when Al found and presented to us a unit in the same building that just came on the market hours before at a lower price with a flipped interior. Using that new value as leverage, Al was able to negotiate into an incredible deal for the unit we wanted the most, which ultimately led to a lowered price point that we thought impossible to reach. As a second example, on the day of closing, the seller's NJ law office claimed they never received my initial deposit, Al (rather than my lawyer who passed the wrong HUD numbers along to me) worked the phones that morning to fight for proof of my deposit and orchestrate all parties into the correct numbers to close on time hours later. Al is excellent with communication and fast to respond, and finds the right places to show that match what you're looking for. On top of that, he's just a great guy. We had a pleasure working with him.
