From the 1st phone conversation to signing the final documents, Alfredo was there for us. He answered countless questions including one text sent at 3am that Alfredo responded to within 15 minutes! Alfredo also held our second open house 3 days after emergency surgery! We did not know this until the day of the open house or we would have insisted he reschedule.
