1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Plan. Let's see if you are ready, and let's look until you are happy with the property that's right for you. There may not be a prefect property, but I will help you find one that you can make yours!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Try to see your home as a buyer would. So clean and organized, or staged is even better. Do the necessary repairs before going on the market.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Couples, first time buyer, divorcing couple, single mom, off market sales, investor sales.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My recent off market sale went well. I friend called me to say his neighbor wanted to sell, but not list in the MLS. After viewing it I made a few calls and BAM, an investor gave him his price!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I had a few friends getting started and they invited me to the school they were going to. I enjoyed the teaching and the challenges that get resolved with the real estate transactions.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a bachelors degree in Psychology as well as 34 years in a customer service type job. The skills I acquired help me in my profession.
