Alfonso represented my wife and I from June 2021 to December 2021. This was not my first time buying a home so I am familiar with the process. He was difficult to reach, was always full of excuses as to why our builders could not provide us with updates. His only response was that the quality of the home would make the wait time worth it. He was let go because of his lack of interest in our future home. Mr. Garcia became very irate during our last phone call and proceeded to insult my income, my age, and my choices on a company that he recommended. He was also very vulgar and extremely unprofessional, going as far as insulting me on a personal level.

Mr. Garcia has extensive local knowledge of the Santa Teresa New Mexico area and Im sure of other surrounding areas such as Las Cruces, El Paso, etc. I was only interested on Santa Teresa which narrowed our options to a small geographical area. Toppled by a conservative budget, our buying options were limited to say the least. Nonetheless, Alfonso helped us find a good (first time buyers) home. He is a subject matter expert. Always there ready to help us. He negotiated a good deal for all parties involved but more importantly he helped us make our first time buyers experience less stressful and fun.

Alfonso is an excellent realtor and I truly believe everyone in Las Cruces who is buying or selling a house should go with Alfonso. I applied for a loan and was approved but was given poor information from the lender. I found the house of my dreams through Alfonso in the area that I love and wanted to jump on it. Alfonso found out that it wasnt likely that my loan would go through and immediately set me up with someone who could make it happen with an FHA. I was afraid we wouldnt get the home and because my lease was running out I had to move fast. Alfonso wasnt worried he got me all the right information and helped with the loan and the new lender had it processed and we moved in 20 days later!!!!! Thank you Alfonso.
