In short, we (my spouse and I) had an amazing experience working with Alexis to purchase our home. She helped us make a reasonable offer explaining all of the possible options we have to make it more competitive. Once we got our offer accepted, her team did a great job of coordinating inspectors to find any issues with the property. It was extremely helpful during a stressful process. Alexis was the perfect agent for us-- a young couple purchasing their first home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the process, very responsive and quick, and logical/realistic in helping guide us through this competitive house market and move us through the risks of skipping an inspection/waiving an appraisal to nail down the deal (which ultimately landed our dream home). She went out of her way to find out additional information about the house and even got preliminary quotes on a possible home extension. She was more than willing to see a house multiple times with us, which we felt very comforted in. We can say without a doubt that Alexis is the cream of the crop. We were originally matched with another agent via Zillow who we actually had made two offers with (both lost), but we did not find him to be too attentive or sharp. My parents had been looking for homes with Alexis and upon introducing us to her, we knew we needed to make the immediate switch to Alexis. Anyone working with Alexis is in amazing hands.
